I grew up in MA and drifted north to New Hampshire around 25 years ago and have never regretted it! Love the Lakes region!

California actually ranked dead last in a list released last year by a U.S. moving truck company that tracks which states people are using their trucks to move to. California gets a lot of PR due to Hollywood that tends to show all the good sides and ignore the problems. And considering this guy’s accent sounds Californian as well he may actually be a bit biased to give California a pass on the downsides as well.

I live in Portland Oregon. With my experience I would think that Oregon would of been lower on the list. Two weeks ago there was a guy that came up to me asking if I want to buy some weed and he pulled up his shirt to show me that he had a gun and he told me that one in a hundred unlocked cars has a gun in it and that if I would go around look through cars and find a gun he would give me a good price for it and he called me the N word a few times. And within the past two weeks I had someone ask me if I had some meth to sell. Both happened in the past two weeks. Part of me has started to think is it me like how I'm dressed or my aura kind of thing where people are willing to talk like that or is it them. Because they don't know if I'm a cop which I'm not but still to just to be open about it in public can tell they are not afraid of being arrested.

US has more than that

There are very few situations where India would ever have to fight the US. Our military is designed for 2 things 1) peace keeping, 2) protecting our ocean fleets. We are a mercantile economy but all of our customers are across the ocean. This is why we have such a ridiculous navy. We need to protect the oceans to move our goods. But we we also need safe places with good economies for people to buy our products. So these systems are designed to stop other countries' militaries from moving on the battlefield (peacekeeping), so travel within the country is safe. Little known is why the US is so important to the world. We are one of the largest exporters of food/water to the world. The US exports close to $200 billion in food and water every year. In a smart world, the world stops fighting each other so we can delivery what we grow/harvest. We have excess every year and just want to sell it abroad. We have some of the largest surpluses of lumber in the world as well as metal products. We don't want to fight anyone, but we need safe transport and ports to sell our goods.

She talked about how it should not be that way or how "some" women take advantage of their privilege or how women should admit when they are wrong. She did not acknowledge that, in reality, women rarely take accountability for their actions or are held accountable by society. Women have a clear privilege over men. She won't admit it because that would remove the victim status that most women hold so dear.
